About Me: Latricia Harrison

A Norfolk, VA native, Latricia Harrison turned what most would call a humble beginning into an empire. At 23, she launched Fly Girl Boutique inside a flea market, and 16 years later, she’s built a thriving brand with storefronts in Greenbrier Mall, Chesapeake Square Mall, Military Circle Mall, and a 2,400 sq. ft. headquarters at Bromley Shopping Center.

But Fly Girl Inc is bigger than just fashion. Latricia rebranded to create a full lifestyle brand—helping women step into their power through business coaching, networking, and branding development. A community leader at heart, she provides up-and-coming entrepreneurs opportunities to showcase their work, build connections, and gain exposure. With a non-profit on the horizon, she continues to prove that Fly Girl Inc isn’t just about business—it’s about building a legacy.
